Global Med Guarantee call center and office are located in St. – Petersburg. Our operations cover the area of former Soviet Union and neighborhood countries. At the same time we perform evacuation from Scandinavia and Europe to Russia by the orders of Russian insurance companies.

When the case is within North-West Region of Russia, it is St. - Petersburg staff who serves the ambulance flights or ground evacuations. For the rest of Russia we have developed and contracted a network of local providers on call. This network is built on the basis of the former Aeromedical departments in the regional hospitals and consists of highly experienced doctors and paramedics.

Due to wide network Global Med Guarantee is able to produce immediate response to any inquiry and maintain adequate quality of services along with efficient cost containment.
