Particularities :
Republican Karelian Hospital had been developed impetuously during last 5 years. A lot of departments were renovated. Some of renovated departments received modern equipment: Respiratory center with pulmonary disorders department has unique diagnostic resources, USI department received expert class machine Vivid 5 (GE), new angiographic complex Advantx-LCV (GE) was granted to the hospital by Russian Federation government, new endovideosurgery operating room clears the way for the development of endoscopic surgery in Karelia. Improved wards are not united in a separate department and are disseminated around the hospital.
